For both Dion Snowshoes and NeviTREK Snowshoes:
We will repair or replace any part(s) found to be defective. Before returning any items, contact us by phone, email or through the website to obtain instructions how to obtain a repair or replacement. Many times sending a photo of the components in question will help in expediting the process.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to let us know what you are not happy with. We typically do not accept returns, however we will consider the return if the snowshoes are returned within 30 days and and were not used. There will be a 10% restocking fee. Original order shipping is not refunded unless it is a warranty issue.
For any allowable return, send to Dion Snowshoes, 2205 Route 7, Pownal, VT 05261. Return the package prepaid. (Sorry, we cannot accept COD’s.)
We strongly recommend shipping your return through United Parcel Service (UPS). All returns and exchanges will be subject to applicable VT state laws.
