I am sure I will love my new Model 132 snowshoes with Secure-Fit Binding/Standard Cleat because I loved my previous older pair with likely more than 1,500 miles on them--the cleat apparatus on my old ones broke in two from usage, and perhaps cold stress. I ordered the new ones (and parts to fix my old pair) on December 6; USPS notes delivery to me will be December 28. I am not happy about that and due to the amount of snow we've had, I had to go out and purchase a different brand of new snowshoes (can't get Dion brand here) to use until my Dion pair arrives. Management may want to look at a better and faster way to ship to Alaska, like priority mail. I would have paid UPS or FedEx fees to get them here in a few days--but ended up spending $300 on a MSR pair to hold me over.
