Great for the deeper stuff. still ride like the 120s

I got these larger shoes because I decided to get some longer snow hikes in. I’ve been racing in Dion’s for over 5 years. I’m only now getting into snow hiking, aka snowshoeing.

I got these late last Friday and immediately wanted to try them. I went for a night hike to a summit close by to me. The trail was completely broke, so they worked well. But I really wanted to try them on fresh snow. The following day I headed out for an 8 mile trek to another summit. I got a ton of fresh tracks in with these. I really love the handling of these compared to the plastic ones on the market. I hate the rigidity of the plastic ones. Dion’s have a feel of flexibility to them that I really enjoy. My feet get full flex.

I can’t wait to log some more miles in these. These are real snowshoes. Always go Dion.

Freaking awesome

One buy them as the bindings are totally idiot proof. Also I had a question on a Sunday and Mr. Dion responded in like 30 minutes.

Came quickly and easy to set bindings.

Used them in the Whites and worked way better than my MSR's. True test will be the northern Presi. For now A++

Bring On The White Stuff

High expectations for the 164 frame as it appears well-built and properly sized for softer stuff. The interchangeable bindings and cleats make it suitable for a variety use uses and conditions. Currently race on 120s.

Loved it!

Took out this snowshoe and loved it. It was so beautiful to be out in the silence and snow and this snowshoe made it so easy and effortless. No problems whatsoever with this snowshoe. I look forward to running a 5K race with it!
