Good Morning! 

I'd like to take a moment to introduce myself. My name is Tonya and I worked for Bob Dion sewing the binding straps from home for approximately 4yrs. He hired me full time to work in the factory 6 years ago. I now hold the title "head of production".  I enjoy coming to work everyday as my job is always changing and evolving. I intend to start blogging daily about what we are doing in the factory. This morning I will be placing hinges on our 132 Frames and this afternoon I will switch to sewing the raw materials for our bindings.
